The visit of Peter Szijjarto

On July 14, 2021, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Peter Szijjarto visited Tolna. The reason for the visit was  the submission for the proposed competitveness-enhanching program, that was announced by the Hungarian government, aimed to support businesses, that are willing to invest in increasing their competitiveness, even in difficult economic conditions.

The Kft. will implement an investment of 1.6 million EUR by June 30, 2021, for which it will receive 50% support from the government. The project includes the purchase of new machines, the implementation of new technology, including the use of artificial intelligence, as well as the retention of 217 workspaces.

During the press conference of the event Krisztian Kovacs stated, that the company started 2020 with ambitious plans as well, but the crisis caused by the pandemic created unprecedented situations, which they tried to overcome with entirely new solutions. In this situation, the swift assistance of the government arrived, which provided a significant guarantee for maintaining stability and ensuring that F-TO could be among the winners of the crisis.
